Information collected

The service stores your email address, phone number, calculated result number, selected locale, required and optional consent records, and creation or update timestamps.

Birth date stays in your browser

Your raw birth date is used only in your browser to calculate a result. It is never sent to or stored by the server.

Purpose

Contact details and result data are used to provide protected result access, follow up about that result and a related consultation, and send marketing only when separately requested.

Lawful basis

The lawful basis for each processing purpose is awaiting owner and legal review and is not stated as approved here.

Retention

Records are kept indefinitely until you request deletion. This policy remains subject to legal review.

Deletion process

Send a deletion request through the contact details below and identify the email and phone used. There is no automated deletion endpoint; the owner reviews and completes requests manually.

Marketing withdrawal

Marketing is optional. You may withdraw marketing consent through the contact channel below without withdrawing result-related contact or deleting the record; the owner applies withdrawal manually.

Backups

Deleted records may remain in protected backups until those backups expire or are overwritten under the operator's backup cycle. Restored backups must be checked so completed deletion and withdrawal requests are reapplied.

Security limits

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Session cookie

A strictly necessary session access cookie protects the unlocked result. It contains only a signed version and result number, has no persistent expiry, and is not a tracking cookie. No cookie banner or new tracking cookie is introduced for this feature.

Transient abuse prevention

Your client IP address is processed transiently into a hashed, pseudonymous identifier for abuse prevention and rate limiting. The identifier has a fixed 10-minute validity window and has no effect after that window. It remains only in process memory: expired entries are removed opportunistically on later limiter access, may be removed earlier by capacity eviction, and disappear on process restart. It is not stored in Directus or permanent logs.

Your rights

Contact the owner to exercise available data-protection rights. Requests are handled manually and identity or ownership may need to be checked before disclosure or change.

• Ask what personal information is held and request access to it.
• Ask for inaccurate contact or consent information to be corrected.
• Ask for your numerology contact and result records to be deleted.
• Object to or restrict processing where applicable and contact the relevant supervisory authority.
